pluto

(formerly known as open99)
Pluto is a multipurpose closed-source web OS designed with a focus on providing an enhanced user experience. Besides its attractive GUI, it provides numerous complex themes that allow users to personalize their interaction with the shell. The beauty of Pluto’s GUI is complemented by its efficiency in facilitating development. Equipped with powerful tools, an SDK and a developer-friendly environment, Pluto makes it easy for developers to build, test, and deploy their applications on the Pluto platform and to the Pluto Package Registry. Its compatibility with numerous programming languages* further broadens its reach, allowing a wide range of software developers to benefit from its features.
Pluto’s intent is to simulate (not emulate) the Windows operating system, as well as provide a Linux-based environment for developers to work in.
