It’s powered by Cloudflare Workers and is a modified version of The Redirector. It can be found on my projects page.
In terms of security, I’ve added a few things to make it more secure. All links are checked against a list of known malicious links, and if they are found to be malicious, they are not submitted. Additionally, links starting with stretch or pluto are secure links that can only be created by me.
